订单取消政策

客户可以在提货/包装装运之前随时取消标准目录产品的采购订单。在Cole-Parmer Instrument Company Limited取消定制产品,非目录产品和非库存产品的取消可能会被拒绝,或者需要支付取消费。如果您想取消订单,请联系您的客户服务代表。

退货政策

根据Cole-Parmer Instrument Company Limited的政策,在Cole-Parmer Instrument Company Limited交付后的30个日历日内,接受标准目录产品(客户订购了不需要的物品)的便利退货,但不得少于30%退回产品发票价值的进货费。本退货政策仅适用于在Cole-Parmer Instrument Company Limited存货且处于未使用,可重新销售状态的产品,不适用于(i)已停产的产品,(ii)个性化或定制的产品, (iii)不是从Cole-Parmer Instrument Company Limited购买的产品,(iv)冷藏或温控产品,(v)过时,上架,使用过或污损的产品; (vi)已过期或过期日期太短而无法转售的产品。不允许退回定制产品,非目录产品和非库存产品。客户必须将产品退回指定的退货中心,然后才能从Cole-Parmer Instrument Company Limited获得退货授权(“ GRN”),并在退货运输单据上参考GRN编号。请联系您的客户服务代表,以获取有关返回程序的更多详细信息。为免生疑问,本政策不会影响客户退回在适用的保修期内出现故障或不符合规格的产品的权利。

运输错误/损坏政策

It is the responsibility of the Customer to perform reasonable inspection of all deliveries. Obvious external damage must be notified to Cole-Parmer Instrument Company Limited within a maximum of 7 calendar days of delivery, together with a copy of the annotated delivery receipt as well as any relevant supporting documents evidencing the external damages (e.g. photos). Delivery errors (e.g. wrong product, wrong quantities) and physical damage to products visible from standard ‘out of box’ inspection must be notified to Cole-Parmer Instrument Company Limited within a maximum of 7 calendar days of delivery, together with a copy of the annotated delivery receipt as well as any relevant supporting documents (e.g. photos). In the absence of such notifications, goods shall be assumed to be delivered in an undamaged condition. For the avoidance of doubt, this policy does not affect customer’s rights in respect of products that develop faults or fail to perform to specifications during the applicable warranty period.
